1. Login as Landlord/Renter/ServicePRO.
2. Navigate to Profile(top right corner)--Profile info or persona profile page.
In verification section You should show following details:
- Image of Landlord/Renter/ServicePRO.
- Gender of Landlord/Renter/ServicePRO.
- Age of Landlord/Renter/ServicePRO.
- Country of Landlord/Renter/ServicePRO.
- Continent of Landlord/Renter/ServicePRO.
- Reference.
- Bar of profile completeness.
- Partially Verified/verified/ not verified of a>Identity. b>Business. c>AML. d>Phone. e>Bank. (once verified all these will be in green color. Partially verified will be yellow. Not verified will be red.)
- Last Updated date 2020-09-02, Powered by zypass .
3. If you click on the bar of the verification section then you should See Profile Completeness.
you will see 0-30% red, 30-70% yellow, 70-100% green in verification section.
The rules of bar is as follows:
- Upload Profile Picture 5%.
- Connect to Social Profile 10%.
- Update Bank Account 15%.
- Update Income or Profession 10%.
- Complete 2 or more profile sections 15%.
- Get a reference 15% .
- Complete Screening by ZYPASS 20%.
- verify mobile number should show 10%.
Note: For item 9(above)>If user verified by zypass then No 9 will show "Verified by zypass and date. Otherwise It will show Last Updated and date.
