1. Log in as User (Landlord /Renter).

2. Navigate Menu(On left side)--Fix it--task .

3. Create a task as drafted .

4. Navigate to list view of tasks.

5. you can do the following By Clicking More action--Edit/cancel/Review Offer/Approve With respective Links.
