1. Login as Landlord/ServicePRO/Renter.

2. Navigate to Menu(at left)--My contacts.

3. Click in New Contacts.

4. Add information like:

  • Contact type.
  •  First name.  
  • Middle name.      
  • Last name etc .

5. Click in Save button. The contact will be saved.

6. You  can also Cancel the Contact creation by clicking cancel.


Please note that Landlord and ServicePRO is business type user, so either of user can add contact and when click on 'Profile' they can see their profile page if available. But for if any person wants to add contact of 'Renter' , the connection should be accepted by Renter. This can be done scenario when any ServicePRO offers on 'Renter' created task and Renter accept the offer, then connection will be built and contact connection will be added in ServicePRO account. Or if Landlord review application, accept and proceed to agreement/tenancy creation stage at that time renter contact will be added under Landlord account. When ServicePRO make an offer then task owner contact will be added to ServicePRO contact list.

All such event when a new contact is added will be added in connected contact list of the user .
