The different types of Task Status for Landlord's task are:

  • Status of the task will be open when Posted if pay owned By landlord.
  • Status of the Task will be Open When ServicePRO Make an offer.
  • Status of the task will be "In progress" When Landlord accept the offer. 
  • Status of the task will be "In progress " When ServicePRO "Request Sign off ".
  • Status of the task will be ""Completed" When Landlord release the payment.
  • Status of the task Will be "Archived" When Landlord "Cancel/Delete" The task.                                                                      The different types of Task status for Renter's Task are same as above expect:
  • Status of task will be "Review and post" When Renter create a task with Pay owned by Landlord.
